Project Overview
Cambridge Consulting Group partnered with the Michigan Center for Rural Health on a five-year initiative to strengthen recruitment and retention within rural EMS agencies across Michigan. The project focuses on developing a comprehensive, customizable Communications Toolkit and providing education and training to participating agencies to enhance workforce messaging, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach.
