Project Overview
Cambridge Consulting Group partnered with Alpha Star Aviation in Saudi Arabia to enhance the clinical effectiveness of its air and ground ambulance operations. The project focused on reviewing and rewriting medical treatment protocols to ensure alignment with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and to standardize patient care across the organization’s air and ground ambulance services.
CCG also supported the implementation of these revised clinical protocols, ensuring smooth integration between ground-based and air ambulance teams for consistent, high-quality patient care.
