Jeff Behm has over 30 years experience in emergency medical services and medical transportation. Jeff is the former Chief Operating Officer of MONOC Mobile Health in NJ. In his role, Jeff worked towards innovative and disruptive ways to improve services, reduce costs, and increase revenues. Jeff oversaw the daily operations of over 800 employees providing mobile health services to three large health systems in NJ with over 130K requests annually. Those services included, state of the art communication center, emergency advanced and basic life support response, non-emergent basic ambulance transport, critical care transport, helicopter emergency response and interfacility transport. Jeff’s other responsibilities in his senior leadership portfolio were Lead Negotiator for management during union negotiations, Fleet Operations (100 + vehicles), Facilities Management (20 stations), Uniform Procurement, IT Operations, Public Information Officer, and Liaison to MONOC’s hospital network and local/state governing officials.
